E-Frontiers in Ireland (Dublin South hybrid) seeks a Lead Power Platform Engineer to design and build scalable Power Apps and Dataverse-based internal products at scale.

The role combines Microsoft Power Platform, custom development and AI capabilities, with a greenfield mindset and emphasis on governance, security and performance across large user bases.

You will partner with product, UX and engineering teams to deliver high-quality, accessible solutions using modern development practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years software engineering experience.
• 3+ years Microsoft Power Platform experience.
• Hands-on with Power Apps Canvas, Power Automate and Dataverse.
• Experience with React/Code Apps, Figma, AI integration desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable Power Apps solutions from concept to production.
• Develop robust Power Automate workflows and secure Dataverse solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers and Engineering teams.
• Drive performance, maintainability, accessibility and automated testing.
• Champion AI-assisted development practices.
