Job summary

E-Frontiers in Ireland (Dublin South hybrid) seeks a Lead Power Platform Engineer to design and build scalable Power Apps and Dataverse-based internal products at scale.

The role combines Microsoft Power Platform, custom development and AI capabilities, with a greenfield mindset and emphasis on governance, security and performance across large user bases.

You will partner with product, UX and engineering teams to deliver high-quality, accessible solutions using modern development practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years software engineering experience.
• 3+ years Microsoft Power Platform experience.
• Hands-on with Power Apps Canvas, Power Automate and Dataverse.
• Experience with React/Code Apps, Figma, AI integration desirable.

Lead Power Platform Engineer

CONTRACT: 6 months

LOCATION / WORK MODEL: Dublin South hybrid

RATE: €700 - 800

We're seeking an experienced Lead Power Platform Engineer to join a global technology organisation operating at the forefront of digital payments and financial technology. This is a greenfield opportunity to design and build innovative internal products at scale, combining Microsoft Power Platform, custom development and emerging AI capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable Power Apps solutions from concept through production, establishing reusable development patterns and standards.


• Develop robust Power Automate workflows and secure Dataverse solutions, including integrations with Microsoft 365 and enterprise systems.


• Partner with Product Managers, UX Designers and Engineering teams to deliver intuitive, high-quality user experiences.


• Drive application performance, maintainability, accessibility and automated testing across business-critical applications.


• Champion modern, AI-assisted development practices using tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot and Claude Code.

About You

• 5+ years' software engineering experience, ideally 10+ years, with 3+ years of Microsoft Power Platform experience.


• Strong hands‑on expertise in Power Apps Canvas, Power Automate and Dataverse, including architecture, security and governance.


• Proven experience delivering scalable, production-grade applications for large internal user bases.


• Strong understanding of modern UX, agile product development and working collaboratively with product and design teams.


• Experience with React/Code Apps, Figma, AI integration or greenfield product development would be highly desirable.
