Job summary

Irish Pharmacy Union is seeking a Back Supervising Pharmacist in Ennistymon to oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations, ensuring safe and effective delivery of services. You will ensure compliance with PSI legislation, supervise dispensing, and maintain SOPs and records while leading the pharmacy team.

You will collaborate with the Superintendent Pharmacist to uphold patient care standards, governance, and regulatory compliance within a busy Irish practice.

Responsibilities

• Resonsible for the day to day management and operation of the pharmacy, ensuring the safe and effective delivery of pharmacy services.
• Ensuring compliance with PSI legislation,regulation,standards and guidance.
• overseeing the safe dispensing and supply of medicines.
• maintaining appropriate SOPs,records and professional standards.
• Providing leadership and professional supportto the pharmacy team.
• Ensuring appropriate staffing,workflow and delegation with the pharmacy.
• Working with the Superintendent Pharmacist to maintain high standards of patient care,governance and regulatory compliance.
