Job summary

Clarity Recruitment is helping a pharmacy in New Ross, Co. Wexford hire a Supervising Pharmacist to oversee the dispensary and a dynamic team. The role is permanent and full-time, with a requirement to work every second Saturday; Sundays, Bank Holidays or late nights past 6pm are not expected.

The successful candidate will ensure regulatory compliance with PSI obligations, maintain excellent customer service, and drive operational excellence within the pharmacy.

Qualifications

• Registration with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI) is mandatory.
• At least 3 years post-registration experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage dispensary and lead a dynamic team.
• Responsible for all operations of the pharmacy.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with PSI obligations and other regulators.
• Engage with customers to build loyalty and confidence.
• Carry out additional duties as required.
