Job summary

Clarity is recruiting a Supervising Pharmacist for a pharmacy in Leixlip, Co. Kildare. This permanent, full-time role offers a choice of 4 days a week (Monday–Thursday, €83K plus) or 5 days a week (€105K plus) with no late nights, weekends or bank holidays.

You will lead a dispensing team, oversee day-to-day operations, ensure PSI compliance, and engage with customers to build loyalty within a well‑established practice. Salary is negotiable based on experience.

Qualifications

• Registration with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI).
• At least 3 years post-registration experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the dispensary and lead a dynamic team.
• Oversee all pharmacy operations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with PSI Obligations and other regulatory bodies.
• Engage actively with customers to build loyalty and confidence.
• Perform other duties as required.
