Job summary

Clarity Recruitment is seeking a Supervising Pharmacist for a busy pharmacy in Co. Kilkenny, 30 minutes from Kilkenny City.

This full-time, permanent role offers an immediate start and a 5-day week with no Sundays, bank holidays, or late nights; 1 in 3 Saturdays on a rota. You will lead dispensing, ensure safe medicine delivery, engage with customers to build loyalty, maintain stock, and manage the dispensary and staff.

Qualifications

• Registration with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland is required.
• Minimum of 3 years post-registration experience in Ireland.
• Salary is negotiable and based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe and efficient dispensing service to all customers in accordance with the pharmacy guidelines.
• Ensure safe and effective delivery of medicines to all customers.
• Engage actively with customers to encourage customer loyalty and confidence.
• Maintain appropriate stock levels in the pharmacy ensuring the correct storage and monitoring of dated products.
• Managing the dispensary and staff
• Any other duties as required
