Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Lead Instructor: Machine Learning Data Associate to deliver live German-language instruction from Ireland. The role combines technical ML knowledge with instructional leadership and collaboration in English across teams.

Sessions range from intimate groups to thousands of learners in a remote, online setting. Responsibilities include teaching the ML data workflow, data labeling impact, and responsible AI concepts, while contributing to curriculum refinement and course

Qualifications

Fluency in German to deliver instruction and support, plus strong English for communication.
Solid understanding of the ML lifecycle from data collection to deployment.
Knowledge of generative AI, foundation models, RLHF, and model alignment.
Hands-on experience with prompt engineering (zero/few-shot).
Experience delivering live virtual instruction to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

Lead and facilitate live virtual classes for large learner groups with high engagement.
Deliver German-language instruction on ML data workflows and related concepts.
Explain how data labeling impacts model training and outputs.
Manage classroom dynamics and Q&A in real time.
Collaborate with teams in English to ensure smooth delivery and scheduling.
