Job summary

BMD & Co Ltd is seeking a Construction Manager, Mechanical to lead a team of engineers on site, ensuring safe, efficient delivery to the highest quality standards. You will develop construction execution plans, schedules and subcontract scopes for successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities include managing health and safety, coordinating with schedulers and QS, and liaising with QA/QC to meet client specs.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years relevant CM/Project Engineer experience

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day health and safety on site and ensure company procedures are followed
• Coordinate with scheduler, engineers and foremen to develop constructability reports and schedules
• Establish subcontractor work scopes, pricing, and manage costs, schedule, quality and safety
• Liaise with QA/QC to ensure compliance with standards and client specs
• Oversee handover packages to the customer and completion of tasks assigned by PM/Project Director
• Attend internal and client site meetings to secure successful outcomes for stakeholders
