Job summary

GEDON™ | Precision Search for Complex Construction in Dublin is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver a major residential development. You will lead site teams, manage programme, quality, safety and stakeholder engagement from construction through handover.

The role offers autonomy with direct access to senior management and a clear pathway to Senior Project Manager or Project Director as the pipeline grows, along with a salary up to €115,000 and a performance bonus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within a main contractor environment.
• Strong track record delivering large-scale residential or mixed-use developments.
• Experience taking projects through construction to completion and handover.
• Strong understanding of construction programming, sequencing and procurement.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary project and site teams.
• Excellent client, consultant and subcontractor management capabilities.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of major residential projects.
• Lead and coordinate Site Managers, Engineers and wider project teams.
• Develop, manage and drive the construction programme.
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure packages are delivered in line with programme requirements.
• Work closely with commercial teams to monitor project performance, procurement and cost.
• Manage relationships with clients, consultants, design teams and key stakeholders.
• Identify programme and delivery risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Ensure the highest standards of quality, health & safety and environmental compliance.
• Chair project and progress meetings and provide regular reporting to senior management.
• Manage projects through completion, commissioning and handover.
• Mentor and develop members of the project delivery team.
