Job summary

Sun Life is seeking a senior M365 Productivity & Collaboration Engineer to deliver secure, scalable Microsoft 365 and endpoint solutions in a large enterprise. You will own Windows/Identity engineering, collaborate with IT teams, and drive secure, compliant end‑user experiences.

The role emphasizes design leadership, SSO/Entra ID integration, and automation using PowerShell, with a flexible hybrid workplace and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in IT with focus on Microsoft 365, identity, collaboration, or endpoint engineering.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving in complex enterprise environments.
• Ability to manage competing priorities between operations and projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver scalable Microsoft 365 and collaboration solutions aligned with end-user computing roadmap.
• Lead engineering standards, roadmaps and feature enhancements for Windows, M365 and identity.
• Develop design specifications and artifacts meeting security and regulatory requirements.
• Engineer and operate Entra ID/Azure AD, Conditional Access, MFA, and Graph API integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions are supportable and well-documented.
