Job summary
Woodston Personnel is recruiting an experienced General Practitioner to lead delivery of patient-centred care in Carlow. The role includes governance, CDM programme leadership and collaboration across nursing homes and primary care teams.
The successful candidate will provide care to GMS and private patients, oversee nursing home visits, and drive improvements in chronic disease pathways within the practice network.
