Woodston Personnel Ltd is looking for an experienced Family Doctor / General Practitioner to join a growing primary care team in Carlow on a full-time basis. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a GP to lead high-quality patient-centered care and Chronic Disease Management initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years' experience in Irish General Practice.
• Experience managing GMS patient populations.
• Full clean driving licence with access to own transport.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients.
• Deliver medical care to nursing home residents.
• Lead HSE Chronic Disease Management Programme.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
