Job summary

Woodston Personnel Ltd. in Ireland seeks an experienced General Practitioner to join a growing primary care team on a full‑time basis.

The GP will lead the delivery of patient‑centred care across the practice and associated nursing home services, driving the Chronic Disease Management (CDM) Programme and other HSE initiatives. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to the practice's growth and strategic development, providing medical governance, and collaborating with staff

Qualifications

• Medical degree required (MB BCh BAO, MBBS or equivalent).
• Specialist Registration in General Practice with the Irish Medical Council.
• Fully eligible to provide services under the GMS Scheme.
• Minimum of five years' post-training experience in Irish General Practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, evidence-based primary care to GMS and private patients.
• Deliver clinical oversight to residents in partner nursing homes.
• Lead the CDM Programme and related HSE/GMS initiatives.
• Develop and manage patient-centred treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions.
• Collaborate with nursing, allied health, admin and external providers.
• Maintain compliant clinical documentation and participate in governance and audits.
