Job summary

Kirby Group Engineering is seeking an Electrical Site Manager to represent the Project Manager on major construction sites and lead all on-site activities from pre-mobilisation through to commissioning and demobilisation. You will manage safety, quality and programme delivery, coordinating with the project team and sub-contractors to ensure on-time completion of a diverse range of projects across Ireland.

A recognised electrical apprenticeship and 5+ years site management experience are

Qualifications

• Recognised Electrical apprenticeship / trade cert.
• Minimum of 5 years Site Management experience.
• Experience managing Electrical design and build projects over €5 million.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Project Manager and Kirby Group on major construction sites.
• Lead all on-site activities from pre-mobilisation to commissioning and demobilisation.
• Develop construction programmes and short-term look-ahead plans.
• Ensure safety, quality and compliance with HSEQ and project standards.
• Coordinate with sub-contractors and client to align on schedule and delivery.
