Beacon Hospital in Dublin is seeking an experienced EHR PMO Manager to lead the Programme Management Office for the organisation's EHR Modernisation Programme. You will guide governance, delivery assurance and risk management across MEDITECH transitions and cross-functional teams.

You will collaborate with senior executives, clinical leaders and IT partners to ensure effective programme control and successful delivery of milestones while maintaining momentum and stakeholder alignment.

Formación

• Significant experience leading or operating within a PMO in a complex organisation.
• Experience supporting large-scale technology or digital transformation programmes.
• Proven ability to manage third-party suppliers and delivery partners.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior executives.
• Excellent analytical, reporting and communication skills.
• Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) implementations and healthcare governance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the EHR Programme Management Office and governance structures.
• Develop and maintain programme governance frameworks, reporting structures and controls.
• Create RAID logs, action trackers and governance processes.
• Drive adoption of PMO best practices across workstreams.
• Produce executive-level reports and dashboards for Programme Boards and senior stakeholders.
• Track supplier performance against contractual commitments and SOWs.
• Manage programme risks, issues and dependencies.
• Lead formal stage-gate reviews and readiness assessments for key programme phases.
• Coordinate Beacon Hospital, partners and MEDITECH.
