Job summary

Tigers Childcare in Blanchardstown is seeking a full-time centre leadership professional to lead a room and team, delivering high-quality early years care and education aligned with national frameworks.

You will mentor staff, ensure curriculum planning according to Aistear and Siolta, and maintain compliance while fostering a culture of inclusion, safety, and development across the centre.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a similar early years leadership role.
• Fetac Level 6 in Early Childhood Education.
• Copies of qualifications and 2 written references.
• Garda Vetting; international police clearance if applicable.
• Leadership capability, reliability, empathy, and passion for working with children.
• Nice-to-haves: experience leading a team and knowledge of Aistear/Siolta.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, full-time early years care and education, leading your room and team.
• Ensure curriculum planning aligns with Aistear and Siolta and maintain compliance.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to your team to support children's development.
• Contribute to a culture of professionalism, inclusion, safety and care across the centre.
