Job summary

Egis is seeking a Drainage Lead to manage drainage design on infrastructure projects in Ireland. You will lead drainage work, supervise junior staff, and ensure compliance with CIRIA, OPW Section 50, DMURS and SuDS requirements.

The role requires strong experience in pipework, surface water, culverts and attenuation systems. The successful candidate will be based in Dublin, Cork, Castlebar or Limerick, with flexibility for project locations and travel as required.

Qualifications

• Must have skills in drainage design to both TII publications and DMURS projects.
• Proficient in MicroDrainage or similar.
• Proficient in HEC-RAS modelling or similar.
• Proficient in CulvertMaster or similar.

Responsibilities

• Act as the drainage lead on projects and provide updates to Clients.
• Support and guide junior staff where necessary.
• Demonstrate expertise in drainage network design including pipework, surface water channels and attenuation systems.
• Knowledge of CIRIA guidance, OPW Section 50 applications, DMURS and SuDS manual.
