Job summary

Glanua is seeking a Project Design Lead for Ultrapure Water / Advanced Water Treatment to spearhead strategic design, coordinate MEICA interfaces, and deliver high‑quality packages with autonomy under the Head of Process & Hydraulic Engineering.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, develop robust design workflows, mentor engineers, and ensure solutions meet performance, safety, and sustainability goals across projects.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years of experience in project design leadership for water treatment.
• Level 8 degree or equivalent in Chemical, Water/Wastewater, Environmental, Process, Mechanical or related Engineering.
• Strong administration, analytical, communications, and computer literacy skills.
• Ability to lead cross-disciplinary teams and develop design workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic design initiatives for ultrapur e water/advanced water treatment projects.
• Coordinate MEICA interface inputs and ensure fully integrated, clash-free design solutions.
• Develop and review process and hydraulic calculations for advanced water treatment systems.
• Define source-water quality requirements, treated-water quality limits, and reject/waste criteria.
• Mentor engineers and designers, manage workload and resource allocation.
