Job summary

Cognizant Life Sciences Manufacturing is seeking a skilled Automation Engineer to coordinate the development of DeltaV software and hardware. You will work closely with other engineers to ensure alignment with project schedules and deliverables.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of DeltaV experience in the (Bio)Pharma sector, including designing and programming control systems. This position is onsite in Cork, requiring 5 days a week at client or Cognizant office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of DeltaV experience, with previous site.
• Experience designing and programming control systems.
• Familiarity with the (Bio)Pharma sector.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development of Automation software and hardware.
• Support client’s Commissioning Qualification and Validation Teams.
• Design and test DeltaV software changes.
• Lead installation qualification and operational qualification at client site.
