Job summary

Archer is seeking a Lead Data Scientist to drive AI-powered risk intelligence. You will build models, data pipelines and intelligent products, working closely with Product, Engineering and Data teams to shape the technical direction.

This hands-on, high-impact role offers rapid progression toward leading the Data Science function in Ireland, including building your own team and gaining equity. The position is fully remote but based in Dublin, Ireland.

Qualifications

• Experience in Data Science or Machine Learning, with strong Python skills (hands-on data analysis, modeling).
• Strong SQL, database and data engineering fundamentals.
• Experienced deploying machine learning models into production.
• Ambition to grow beyond an individual contributor role into technical and people leadership.

Responsibilities

• Build models and data pipelines turning complex datasets into intelligent products used by global enterprise clients.
• Deploy ML models into production and monitor performance in live environments.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Data teams to shape technical direction and roadmap.
• Take ownership of the Data Science function in Ireland as the business scales.
