Tukoy is a pioneering startup in Dublin building an AI-powered identity matching platform. We are seeking a Lead Data & AI Solutions Architect who will lead the technical design of our data stack and advise global clients.

This hands-on, strategic role requires translating complex business problems into scalable architectures and guiding executive stakeholders. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in senior architect roles, deep cloud, streaming, and MLOps experience, and a proven ability to travel

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a senior solutions architect capacity delivering data/AI transformations.
• Expert knowledge of cloud data stacks (AWS/Azure/GCP) and distributed computing.
• Experience in AI/ML solutions focusing on entity resolution and data lineage.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical executives and secure buy-in.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of the core AI Identity Matching product, data stack, and production readiness.
• Act as principal architect to global clients and guide C-suite executives.
• Drive end-to-end implementation from POC to production with high-throughput pipelines and MLOps.
• Travel up to 50% to partner with clients and promote adoption across markets.
• Help build internal Center of Excellence with best practices and resilience.

Tukoy is a pioneering, early-stage startup dedicated to solving complex data identity challenges through advanced AI. We are building a core product—an AI-powered identity matching platform—and advising major enterprises globally on their data modernization journeys. As our first key hire, you will be integral to building our technical foundation and establishing our global advisory presence.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a visionaryLead Data & AI Solutions Architect. This is a hands-on, strategic, and advisory role. You will be the technical leader responsible for translating complex business problems into robust, scalable, and production-ready data and AI architectures.

The ideal candidate is a proven architect who excels at both designing hyper-scale systems and influencing C-suite stakeholders across diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities (What You Will Do)

• Product Architecture:Lead the technical design and development of our core AI Identity Matching product. Architect the entire data stack necessary to process, store, and analyze petabyte-scale identity data from diverse sources.
• Technical Advisory:Act as the principal architect and trusted advisor to global clients, guiding C-suite executives on their biggest data challenges and demonstrating how Tukoy’s AI capabilities can deliver measurable business value.
• Solution Delivery:Drive the end-to-end implementation roadmap—from initial POC design to full production scale. This involves building high-throughput data pipelines (streaming/batch) and implementing MLOps frameworks for AI model deployment.
• Global Growth:Travel extensively (up to 50%) to partner with clients, conduct workshops, and personally ensure the successful adoption of our technology across different international markets.
• Foundational Leadership:Help build our internal Center of Excellence (CoE), establishing best practices, standards, and technical resilience for the entire company.

Required Qualifications (What You Must Bring)

• Architectural Experience: 5+ years in a senior solutions architect capacity, with a proven track record of designing and delivering complex, multi-year data and AI transformation programs for major global enterprises.
• Depth of Skill:Expert-level knowledge of the modern cloud data stack (AWS/Azure/GCP), including expertise in distributed computing (Spark), streaming pipelines (Kafka/Flink), and containerization (Kubernetes).
• AI Focus:Practical experience architecting Machine Learning solutions, especially those focused on entity resolution, data lineage, and pattern matching.
• The Advisor Mindset:Outstanding ability to communicate highly technical concepts to non-technical executives, defining the "why" and "how" for executive buy-in.
• Global & Agile:Highly motivated, resourceful, and genuinely enthusiastic about the travel required and the opportunity to build a company from the ground up.

Bonus Skills (Nice-to-Haves)

• Experience with complex enterprise systems integration (e.g., CRM, ERP, Identity Providers).
• Familiarity with advanced AI frameworks (e.g., Generative AI for data augmentation).
