Job summary

Mastercard Ireland is seeking a Lead Technical Program Manager to drive cross-functional programs that span multiple teams and products. You will coordinate dependencies, manage risks, and provide clear updates to executives, ensuring delivery with speed and quality.

The role focuses on agentic applications, AI agents, LLM-powered features, and workflow automation, requiring strong coordination and structured execution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Significant experience leading large, complex cross-functional technical programs.
• Strong program management skills: planning, execution tracking, risk and dependency management, executive reporting.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple teams toward shared business and technical outcomes.
• Experience with AI-driven systems, agentic applications, and LLM-powered features.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of complex programs across multiple teams and functions.
• Coordinate engineering, product, design, data, and operations to align goals and milestones.
• Identify and manage cross-team dependencies, risks, issues, and decisions.
• Establish governance, reporting rhythms, and escalation for large-scale programs.
• Partner with executive leadership to provide concise progress updates and critical decisions.
• Ensure validation strategies for agentic AI and workflow automation are incorporated.
