Job summary

AppleCare Technologies is seeking a Cross-Functional Quality Engineer to plan and lead testing across complex AppleCare projects in the Logistics domain. You will manage planning, resourcing, execution, issue resolution, and progress reporting of testing activities across business and technical groups on the project.

The role emphasizes quality advocacy, stakeholder collaboration, and opportunities to leverage automation for test preparation and execution.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading testing/QA with cross-functional focus.
• Experience in Logistics & Supply Chain testing, including freight carriers or 3PL.
• Knowledge of testing methodologies and a quality mindset.
• Ability to establish QA program structure and coordinate cross-project initiatives.
• Ability to communicate complex technical interdependencies to diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Hands-on SAP MM/SD experience.

Responsibilities
