Qualifications

• Demonstrated versatility in omnichannel content strategy across channels.
• Minimum of three years’ experience developing audience-facing content.
• Experience applying content strategy and customer journey principles.

Responsibilities

• Translate patient insight, clinical evidence and strategy into omnichannel content.
• Draft patient-facing content across web, email, social, print, video, infographics.
• Adapt content for accessibility, localization, and regulatory standards.
