American International Group (AIG) is seeking a Complex Motor Claims Adjuster in Dublin. The role focuses on managing complex motor bodily injury and liability claims with emphasis on coverage determination, quantum analysis, and timely, customer-focused resolution.

The ideal candidate will work with a Team Manager to coordinate vendor and litigation management, contribute to QA and best-practice improvements, and ensure sound policy interpretation.

Qualifications

• Experience handling motor bodily injury/liability claims.
• Knowledge of legal/regulatory requirements for claims.
• Proven ability to communicate with clients, brokers and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to improve claim handling through audits and QA processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex motor claims within authority limits.
• Collaborate with Team Manager/Senior Adjuster on complex files.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Contribute to best-practice procedures for liability complex claims.
• Ensure timely, accurate, customer-focused resolution and reserve accuracy.
