Job summary

Qualifications

Proven leadership in engineering teams in rapid-growth environments.
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting across production systems.
Experience supervising and driving software development projects.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to mentor and coach engineers and manage on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

Lead Cloud Operations engineers and collaborate with COE Management to provide technical feedback and growth.
Guide the team through project deliverables, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Oversee incident and project management, balancing day-to-day tasks with strategic objectives.
Coordinate cross-functional work with Product, Technical Services and R&D to improve user experience.
