Elite Talent Hub is seeking a Civils Foreman for the M28 Cork to Ringaskiddy Motorway Project. You will oversee day-to-day civil works, supervise labour and plant, and ensure safety and quality across sections of the project.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years' supervisory civil experience, strong leadership and drawing interpretation skills, and a solid understanding of health and safety practices. A full driving licence is essential, with opportunities for progression on major

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in civil/site supervision.
• Experience on major roads, motorways or heavy civil works is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to interpret drawings and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and site compliance.

Responsabilités

• Supervise daily civil works including earthworks, drainage and road construction.
• Coordinate direct labour, subcontractors and plant to meet programme milestones.
• Liaise with engineers, site management and stakeholders to plan sequences.
• Ensure works meet drawings, specs and quality standards.
• Conduct toolbox talks and site safety inspections.
