Job summary

3D Personnel Ltd is seeking an experienced Civil Foreperson for an immediate temporary assignment on the M28 Ringaskiddy to Cork motorway scheme in County Cork. This role requires supervision of site crews, coordination with engineers and subcontractors, and ensuring works are delivered on time and to safety standards.

We offer an immediate start with potential longer-term opportunities with the contractor. Hourly rate ranges from €35 to €45 depending on tax set-up.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a civil foreperson/foreman on road or infrastructure projects.
• Heavy earthworks and structures experience preferred.
• Valid Safe Pass, CSCS and relevant site tickets.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Available for an immediate start.

Responsibilities

• Supervise civil engineering works and site crews on a major motorway scheme.
• Organise daily labour, plant and materials.
• Ensure works are delivered safely, to specification and on programme.
• Coordinate with site engineers, agents and subcontractors.
• Carry out daily briefings and maintain site records.
