Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in managing resources, workforce planning and service priorities within a complex health and/or social care environment.
• Significant operational experience in managing and/or delivering complex disability services and working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders across health, social care, education and related services.
• Experience leading and delivering change in a complex environment relevant to the role.
• Experience in team leadership, management and staff development.
