Disney Store Dublin is seeking a Lead Cast Member to join the store management team. You will mentor Cast Members, drive guest service excellence and help deliver strong store performance while upholding Disney standards.

You will engage Guests with magical experiences, coach the team, manage visual merchandising, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures. This permanent role requires at least 39 hours per week and offers a comprehensive Disney benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management or supervision is preferred.
• Strong customer service and guest interaction skills.
• Ability to lead a store team and drive KPIs.
• Excellent organisation and prioritisation.
• Professional appearance and grooming standards.
• Experience in training or guiding team members.

Responsabilités

• Drive KPIs such as sales, conversion and Magic Touch while guiding Cast Members.
• Lead, coach and mentor Cast Members to deliver magical Guest Service.
• Stage manage and prioritise tasks to achieve sales results.
• Maintain Disney Visual Merchandising standards across displays.
• Ensure compliance with Disney Policies, health and safety, and procedures.
