Job summary

Aramark Ireland is seeking an experienced butcher/meat processor to prepare, trim, cut and process meat products per production specifications. You will operate processing equipment safely, weigh, label, and store products to ensure traceability and quality, while maintaining HACCP documentation.

In this role you will also handle online orders, perform stocktaking, manage inventory, and assist customers with product advice.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in butchery or meat processing, ideally within a retail environment.
• HACCP certification (Level 1 or above) or willingness to obtain within the first 3 months of employment

Responsibilities

• Prepare, trim, cut, and process meat products according to production requirements and specs.
• Operate processing equipment safely and efficiently; weigh, label, package, and store products for traceability.
• Complete online orders accurately and perform stocktaking to minimise waste; maintain HACCP documentation.
• Maintain hygiene; perform routine cleaning and assist customers with product advice as needed.
