Job summary

Rehab Enterprises invites applications for a part-time Behaviour Therapist (15 hours) covering Ballinamore and County Sligo. The role focuses on maximizing quality of life for people with challenging behaviours using evidence-based behaviour analytic methods.

The position requires a masters in ABA (BCBA desirable) and several years of relevant experience, with willingness to travel across the region as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience in behaviour support roles
• Experience carrying out functional assessments
• Ability to support staff teams to implement behaviour-analytic interventions

Responsibilities

• Lead role in identifying function-based interventions via functional behavioural assessments
• Design and support implementation of evidence-based interventions
• Collaborate with service users, staff and multi-agency teams throughout the behaviour support process
