The Rehab Group is seeking a Behaviour Therapist for a permanent part-time role (15 hours) covering Ballinamore and Co Sligo. The position focuses on maximizing quality of life for people with challenging behaviours through evidence-based behaviour analytic casework.

Applicants should hold a Masters in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) or equivalent, with BCBA certification desirable, and have at least three years of experience in behaviour support, including functional assessments and training

Qualifications

• Masters in Applied Behaviour Analysis or equivalent.
• BCBA certification desirable.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in behaviour support roles, including functional assessments and supporting staff to implement interventions.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional assessments to identify function-based interventions.
• Design evidence-based interventions with good contextual fit and provide implementation support.
• Collaborate with service users, staff and multi-agency teams throughout the behaviour support process.
