Job summary

Ryanair Engineering Delivered by PAM Ireland Ltd in Shannon Airport seeks B2 licensed aircraft engineers to join a fast-paced team. You will lead a group of Aircraft Mechanics, ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate documentation while maintaining safety and efficiency across shifts.

The role demands strong English communication, independent work approach, and flexibility for 12-hour rotating shifts (days/nights). Training and growth prospects exist within a major aviation group.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid EASA B2 Licence (unrestricted).
• Desirable Boeing 737-800 type rating.
• Experience leading Aircraft Mechanics teams.
• Excellent spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure maintenance tasks comply with regulatory requirements, MOE, procedures and Personal Authorisation Certificates.
• Ensure aircraft documentation is completed and certified per MOE and procedures.
• Lead assigned team, ensure adherence to HR policies and safety practices.
• Maintain a safe, clean working environment in line with Health and Safety policy.
• Effectively utilize staff under supervision and improve efficiency.
• Perform additional tasks as required by the Check Supervisor.
