Job summary

Ryanair Engineering Delivered by PAM Ireland Ltd in Shannon Airport is seeking experienced B1 Engineers to join a highly skilled team dedicated to safe maintenance of a 600+ aircraft fleet. You will report to the Check/Zone Supervisor and mentor an assigned group of mechanics, apprentices and trainees.

The role requires an EASA B1 licence with a Boeing 737NG rating (essential) and ideally a 737 Max rating. You will work 12-hour shifts (7am–7pm and 7pm–7am) on a 5-on/3-off or 4-on/4-off cycle,

Qualifications

Must hold a valid, unrestricted EASA B1 Licence.
Boeing 737NG Type rating endorsed on license (Essential).
Additional Boeing 737 Max Type Rating (Preferred).
Proven leadership experience guiding teams to goals.
Excellent spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

Lead an assigned team, mentoring Aircraft Mechanics, Apprentices & Trainees.
Ensure maintenance tasks comply with regulatory requirements, MOE, and procedures.
Complete and certify aircraft documentation per MOE and company procedures.
Maintain safe, clean working environment per Health & Safety policy.
Drive staff utilization and efficiency under supervision.
Perform tasks as required by the Check Supervisor.
