Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering discipline with 7+ years’ experience, or Master’s with 5+ years.
• Proven automation software design and deployment for complex test systems.
• Strong programming in Python, C/C++, MATLAB; select tech to fit lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation architecture and software design for test systems.
• Translate test methods into automated sequences, data workflows and system specs.
• Integrate motion equipment, robotics, sensors, instrumentation, data‑acquisition hardware and cameras.
• Develop modular, reusable test software using Python, LabVIEW, MATLAB or C/C++.
• Mentor engineers and influence project decisions without direct people management.
