Job summary

Valeo is seeking an Autonomous Driving Principal Architect responsible for the architecture, design and development of the overall anSWer SW product portfolio, including system solutions and technologies in line with platform standards, market demands and customer needs.

The role requires 5+ years of ADAS product development with expertise in complex problem solving, system & SW architecture design, and delivering solutions to customers.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree; Masters or PhD advantageous.
• Extensive ADAS product development experience.
• Strong system and software architecture design capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead platform architecture and functional design for Valeo vision products.
• Design embedded system architectures based on Valeo and customer requirements.
• Define and standardize the vision product system architecture across cameras, ECUs and sensing modalities.
• Analyze market and technology trends to propose roadmaps and innovations.
• Collaborate with global R&D teams and customer engineers on advanced projects.
• Contribute IP through patents and protect intellectual property.
