Job summary

Back4good in Ireland is looking for a BIO-Analytical Development Scientist to support analytical development processes in a dynamic R&D laboratory environment. Responsibilities include operating under GLP/GxP, developing and validating analytical methods, and maintaining quality documentation. A Higher diploma or Degree in Chemistry or a related field is required along with at least 1 year of industry experience. An attractive package and relocation allowances are available.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in analytical development within the Pharma sector.
  • Demonstrated experience in Bioprocess and protein analysis.
  • Understanding of OOS and laboratory investigations validation.

Responsibilities

  • Operate to GLP/GxP standards within R&D laboratory.
  • Monitor, develop, optimize, and validate analytical methods.
  • Participate in scheduled maintenance and calibration of analytical equipment.

We are sourcing a BIO-Analytical Develoment Scientist .

The Analytical Development Scientist will ,

Operate to GLP/GxP standards within R&D laboratory.

Provide Analytical development support across the APC process development group through collaboration with research scientists and engineers both internally and externally.

Monitor,develop, optimise and validate analytical methods,inparticular for HPLC ,cell counting and viability methods ELISA,electrophoresis,PCR etc .

Participate in the scheduled maintenance and calibration of analytical equipment.

Provide direct support for the tech transfer of analytical methods .

Perform analytical characterisation of isolated materials .

Maintain quality documentation and provide support for internal /External audits .

Comply with all aspects of EHS regulations and company policy’s .

You will required a Higher diploma/Degree in Chemistry or a related field with minimum of 1years experience in analytical development within the Pharma sector .

Experience in GLP/GxP operation in a analytical lab.

Demonstrated experience in Bioprocess and protein analysis .

Understanding of OOS and other laboratory investigations and validation .

Experience in analytical instrumentation including HPLC electrophoresis PCR etc .

Ability to work in a dynamic environment with multidisciplinary teams .

Self motivated and good project management skills .

Excellent Technical communications skills .

A Ph D in Analytical Mathid Development is desired
