Job summary

AstraZeneca is seeking a senior product leader to drive AI-enabled data products across their lifecycle from Cork or Dublin. You will own governance, roadmaps, and delivery, partnering with data scientists, engineers, and compliance to ensure trusted outcomes and scale.

The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, strategic vision, and hands-on delivery experience in a regulated environment within the pharmaceutical sector.

Qualifications

• Experience governing data products and AI-enabled products across the lifecycle.
• Ability to translate priorities into practical standards, controls and adoption pathways.
• Strong leadership across cross-functional teams in matrixed organisations.
• Knowledge of AI governance, risk management, explainability and lifecycle documentation.

Responsibilities

• Define product roadmaps and own backlog across AI/data products.
• Lead delivery from inception to maturity with milestones and KPIs.
• Partner with data scientists, engineers and compliance to ensure trustable outcomes.
• Ensure governance, quality, and change control throughout lifecycle.
