Mastercard is seeking a Lead Technical Product Manager to drive AI-powered products and services, overseeing AI rules, platform capabilities, and product delivery. You will partner with engineering, data science, business, risk, and operations to ensure scalable, measurable AI solutions aligned with business objectives.

The role requires strong PM expertise with deep technical AI/ML knowledge, ownership of roadmap, backlog, prioritisation, and operational performance across AI products.

Formación

• 8+ years in Product Management, Technical Product Management, or Product Owner roles.
• Experience delivering AI, Machine Learning, Analytics, Data, API, or Platform products.
• Experience working in Agile and SAFe delivery environments.
• Demonstrated success driving cross-functional initiatives from concept to production.

Responsabilidades

• Define product vision and roadmap for AI-powered capabilities and operational services.
• Own backlog prioritisation, feature definition, and release planning; develop epics and acceptance criteria.
• Lead agile ceremonies and ensure predictable, high-quality delivery with engineering teams.
• Collaborate with architects on APIs, integrations, data flows, and platform capabilities.
• Communicate roadmap priorities, risks, dependencies, and outcomes to leadership; coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Drive platform thinking, scalability, and long-term reuse of technical solutions.
