Job summary

Mastercard Inc. is seeking a Lead Technical Product Manager to drive the definition, execution, and operationalisation of AI-powered products and services.

You will own AI rules, platform capabilities, and product delivery while partnering with engineering, data science, risk, and operations teams. The ideal candidate combines strong product management expertise with technical depth in AI/ML systems, APIs, data services, and operational workflows.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Product Management or related roles.
• Experience delivering AI, ML, Analytics, Data, API, or Platform products.
• Experience in Agile and SAFe delivery environments.
• Proven success driving cross-functional initiatives from concept to production.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and roadmaps for AI-powered capabilities and operational services.
• Prioritize investments based on customer value and technical feasibility.
• Own backlog, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
• Lead agile ceremonies and collaborate with engineering for high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with architects on APIs, integrations, and data flows.
• Influence strategic decisions using data and customer insights.
