Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in Ireland seeks a Lead Security Engineer to join the Cybersecurity & Technology Controls for AI/ML. You will be a core technical contributor delivering secure software solutions, focusing on preventing misuse and securing AI systems across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in public cloud environments and AI services.
• Experience with threat modeling, discovery, vulnerability, and penetration testing.
• Knowledge of IAM, OIDC, SAML and security controls.
• Proficiency with IaC tools like Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Proficient in Python scripting and AI/ML concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop security strategies, red-teaming programs, and scalable solutions.
• Design secure AI/ML architectures and review designs for adversarial resilience.
• Reduce AI security vulnerabilities by following standards and testing protocols.
• Collaborate with product, data science, cyber, legal, and risk teams on AI use cases.
• Conduct threat modeling, adversarial testing on generative AI and ML systems.
• Provide guidance on secure design, logging, monitoring, and controls.
• Define AI red-teaming playbooks and metrics for safe rollout.
• Work with platform and cloud security to ensure secure infra.
• Engage with external researchers and standards bodies on AI threats.
• Foster a diverse, inclusive team culture.
