Scrunch, a Sitecore company, is hiring a Lead Product Engineer to shape how AI agents experience our customers' websites. This high-ownership role focuses on what gets built and why, not just how.

You will define product behavior when an AI agent visits a page, build end-to-end solutions, and ship them to customers. You’ll work across features, CDN integrations, and AI traffic, turning ideas into shipped product quickly.

Qualificações

• Senior-level product engineer with AI Agent experience shipped customer-facing features.
• Working knowledge of CDNs, HTTP, caching strategies.
• Strong product instincts and ability to talk to customers to uncover real problems.
• Curiosity about how AI agents and crawlers access the web.
• Ability to operate with ambiguity and deliver outcomes in fast-paced environments.

Responsabilidades

• Build product end to end for AI agent experiences from idea to production.
• Deliver the right content to AI agents with real-time optimization.
• Integrate with customer CDNs and hosting setups (Cloudflare, Akamai, Fastly, Vercel).
• Understand how pages render for AI agents and translate into product.
• Learn how AI agents and crawlers access the web and apply insights to the product.
• Show customers what AI agents requested and what we served.
• Move fast with AI, use tools to accelerate development and debug faster.
• Make pragmatic architectural decisions that scale with customers.
