Archer Recruitment is recruiting for a Lead Agentic AI Engineer to take AI from prototype to production at enterprise scale in Ireland. This Greenfield AI role offers the freedom to influence architecture, technology choices and engineering practices while collaborating with senior specialists across AI, data science and technology.

You’ll own the AI platform architecture and scaling strategies, deploying agents and ML systems in production and defining robust CI/CD, environments and monitoring

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in ML, AI eng or platform eng.
• Hands-on with Agentic AI / multi-agent systems (A2A/MCP).
• Strong AWS and/or Azure experience in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the architecture and evolution of the organisation’s AI platform.
• Build the foundations to deploy, operate and scale AI agents and ML systems in production.
• Establish robust engineering approaches across deployment, CI/CD, environments, monitoring and reliability.
• Develop and integrate MCP and A2A capabilities to support scalable agentic architectures.
• Influence technical standards and architectural decisions across the wider AI estate.
• Contribute directly to the design and implementation of complex platform and AI engineering solutions.
