Job summary

Pinnacle Search & Selection is assisting a leading Life Science distributor in Leinster to appoint a Scientific Sales Executive / Territory Manager. You will inherit an established multi-million euro territory, manage key accounts, and work with product specialists to grow revenue.

The role emphasizes building relationships with pharma, biotech, universities and research labs, delivering product demos, technical advice and commercial support, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• A Life Science degree or equivalent qualification.
• Laboratory, pharmaceutical, biotechnology or scientific industry experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial mindset with ability to identify sales opportunities.
• Excellent organisation, planning and presentation skills.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel throughout Leinster.

Responsibilities

• Managing an established portfolio of key accounts throughout Leinster.
• Developing relationships with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, academic and research customers.
• Identifying new opportunities within existing accounts while generating new business.
• Providing product demonstrations, technical advice and commercial support.
• Working closely with application specialists and supplier partners to deliver customer solutions.
• Achieving agreed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Maintaining accurate sales forecasts and CRM records.

Looking to appoint a Scientific Sales Executive / Territory Manager.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity to inherit a well-established, multi-million euro territory. Working alongside an experienced team of product specialists and sales support colleagues, your focus will be on developing existing customer relationships, identifying new commercial opportunities and delivering outstanding customer service.
