Job summary

Kraft Heinz is offering a 12-month Trainee Program in Ireland beginning 1 September 2027, with a permanent contract from day one. The program encompasses Sales, Marketing, Category Development, Finance, Supply Chain and People & Performance.

Trainees will rotate through commercial functions, work on an individual business project, and experience a field placement, with mentorship from global leaders and ongoing leadership development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, graduated on or after 2025 from any subject area.
• Maximum 2 years of professional experience after Graduation.
• Strong proficiency in English is required. Proficiency in additional European languages is highly valued.
• Candidates will be required to demonstrate the right to work in the country they are applying for.
• Mobility Preferences – candidates will be based in the location they apply to for first year. From second year onward, open to relocation within Europe, especially EU.

The Kraft Heinz Trainee Program

This Program is designed to grow the future enterprise leaders. We are looking for high-performing, ambitious, and creative individuals who are ready to lead the future of food and beverages. Throughout the program, Trainees will hone their understanding of our business through commercial rotations, collaborate across the business to grow our iconic brands, and learn how to build their own legacy.

What’s on the Menu?

Your journey will start with a functional onboarding, giving you a hands‑on induction into each of our different functions. This is followed by a field sales placement to get to know our products and consumers! During the program you will get to work on an individual business project where you will be challenged to apply your problem‑solving skills. You’ll then experience a business placement in a field different to your project. After the 12‑month program, Trainees will be placed into various functions where they can add immediate value.

Throughout the program, Trainees can also expect regular opportunities to meet with our Global leaders; receive mentorship from previous trainees; collaborate with trainees around the world; and enrol in learning experiences to grow as leaders.

Profile – Basic Qualifications

Step 3: Trainee & Business Interview (Sept/Oct)

• Opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have!

Step 4: Assessment Day (Nov)

• Group Assessment & Leadership Interview
• You will learn more about the business, our culture and the Trainee Program

Step 5: Panel Interview with Leaders (Nov)

• Meet company leaders for yourself to share further about your goals and aspirations

Compensation

For this position, the gross annual target base salary is: €47,000.00

This is based on a full‑time contract.

In addition, this position is eligible for a performance‑based bonus up to: 20%

This bonus is subject to the terms and conditions of the bonus scheme.
