Job summary

Kneat Solutions in Limerick is launching a Graduate Program for 2027 in Information Technology. Graduates will rotate across Software Development, Software Test Engineering, SaaS Operations and Business Operations, with hands-on support and development opportunities.

The program runs 18 months beginning September 2027 and then transitions into a chosen area. The role is hybrid, based at Castletroy, Limerick, with regular reviews from leaders and HR.

Qualifications

• Graduating September 2027 with a 1.1 or 2.1 honours degree.
• Studied computer science, software development, Business Information Systems or another IT discipline.
• Willing to come on site to Limerick office.
• Willingness to learn in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
• Must have the right to work in Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Rotate between teams within the R&D department to gain hands-on knowledge.
• Rotate for 18 months starting September 2027 before settling into an area.

• Receive regular check-ins with leaders, mentors and HR.

Our Graduate program

• Rotate between various teams within the R&D department. You will have the support and resources to gain hands on knowledge.

• Regular catch ups and checks ins with your leaders, mentors, and the HR team.
  
• Our grads will rotate for an 18-month period starting in September 2027 before settling into their chosen area
