Kneat Graduate Program 2027 - Process Engineering/Operations

Kneat enables regulated organizations to move from paper-based validation to intelligent, digitized, paperless solutions. Our Graduate program

• Rotate between various teams within the departments across Kneat. You will have the support and resources to gain hands on knowledge.
• Get together with the rest of the graduates to help build upon both soft and hard skills.
• Develop rounded skills for your career.
• Regular catch ups and checks ins with your leaders, mentors, and the HR team.
• Our grads will rotate for an 18-month period starting in September 2027 before settling into their chosen area
• Our offices are based in Castletroy, Co. Limerick. The role will be hybrid.
