Job summary

Adare Manor is seeking a Kitchen Steward on a fixed-term basis, working a regular shift from 10.00am to 6.30pm. You will support the Culinary team with cleanliness, organisation and hygiene across the kitchen and back-of-house areas.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen, stewarding or hospitality.
• Strong cleanliness, hygiene and workplace safety awareness.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Reliable with the scheduled hours 10:00–18:30.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Clean kitchen equipment, utensils, cookware and crockery.
• Store equipment and supplies safely and correctly.
• Support the Culinary team with daily kitchen operations.
• Manage waste disposal and recycling.
• Keep wash-up and storage areas clean and organised.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and health procedures.
• Assist with receiving and organising deliveries.
• Work collaboratively to uphold Adare Manor standards.
