Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie
• Experience in high-quality hotel, restaurant or hospitality environment
• Strong understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Commitment to maintaining exceptional culinary and hygiene standards

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present dishes to the highest standards of quality, consistency and presentation
• Take responsibility for your section and ensure it is prepared for service
• Support senior chefs in day-to-day kitchen operations
• Assist in training and mentoring junior chefs
• Contribute ideas to menu development and seasonal offerings
• Ensure food safety, hygiene and cleanliness at all times
• Collaborate with the wider kitchen team to deliver memorable guest experiences
